Instructions:

Open the data/fonts folder of the game directory, find the fonts_TC.itf or fonts_tc.itf or font_48_tc.itf in it, and make a backup.
Download the complex-to-simplified patch of the corresponding game in the Clouded Leopard Patch of Trails of Cold Steel, and decompress and replace it.
