Luray

The capital of the state of Notia in the northern part of the empire, governed by the four famous Marquis of Monrogna. All kinds of huge factories and conductive generators in the city are set against each other, full of heavy mechanical beauty. The headquarters of Ryanforte, the largest heavy industry manufacturer in mainland China, and Luray University of Technology, a well-known research and education place for training various technicians, are also located here.
