Ballajat

The state capital of Kruchin State in the eastern part of the empire, a metropolis governed by the family of the four famous Duke of El Barrea. It is called the "Emerald City" because of its emphasis on the beautiful streetscape of green. The surrounding area of Zhou is famous as the place where gems and fur are produced, and the craftsmen responsible for processing them often visit here.
